CBISN Invasive Species Field Academy
The goal of CBISN’s Invasive Species Field Academy is to give land managers, land trusts, conservation groups and individuals the knowledge and confidence to integrate invasive species management into their stewardship programs. Participants will gain hands-on experience identifying and controlling common terrestrial invasive plants in a workshop format with opportunity to pose their questions to experts in the field.
Session One: Wednesday, June 24 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at Ft. Williams Arboretum in Cape Elizabeth
Session Two: Tuesday, July 21 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at the end of Water St. in Brunswick on the path that runs along the Androscoggin River
Cost: $15/session or $25 for both sessions. Please bring payment with you (cash or check).
